Snacks and cocktails are served at the pool and they do a great hangover breakfast. George in particular is lovely I can see why he's been mentioned in so many reviews! Catering facilities in the rooms are basic but we didn't use them anyway.

The apartments are spotless, the pool is lovely and the staff are fantastic. My sister and I got a last minute deal and were really happy to land this place. You will not be dissapointed if you were to stay at the Anemona. Corfu has lots to offer, I hope to visit Paxos on my return. I have just booked to return in 2015 with my family which is a very first for me as have never visited anywhere twice. All though Sidari is classed as a lively resort, I have certainly seen more lively and far more tacky over the years. Having 4 year old twins and also travelling with my parents in their 70's we all agreed we felt extremely safe at the Anemona and therefore had an wonderful holiday. The great thing about these apartments are that they are 5 minutes walk from everything however are off the beaten track therefor a real gem! You turn right at the end of the road and are met by some lovely tavernas and wonderful sea views or you turn right and arrive upon the lively Sidari strip which hasn't completely ruined the resort like many other strips that appear in many Ionian and Mediterranean resorts. With prior knowledge of having holidayed in Greece, the apartment was fairly basic and as expected. We were shown to a large spotlessly clean two bed apartment. On arrival we were met by the brilliant proactive manager George who countless people were quick to mention in their reviews for a reason. Our party consisted of 4 adults four year old twins. Stayed at the Anemona in June 2014 for one week.
